I have three useless Norelco trimmers because they all have dead batteries which can’t be replaced. One I bought as a spare for when the current one died. When I needed the brand new one it was dead too and wouldn’t take a charge. I think I will be looking for a trimmer which plugs in instead of batteries.

I’ve had my Norelco rotary for 10 years. Added the beard trimmer a few years ago. It has served me well. I shave my head and it does a great job. (Not as good a Gillette Mach III, but good enough for every day)

I agree. I’ve had both the original Bodygroom and recently replaced the Click and Style. Both quit charging 1-2 years after purchase. I actually like the Click and Style and looked into getting a new body razor and foil replacement and replacement battery, but the battery is not replaceable. :frowning: I wish the batteries were replaceable because I hate treating the whole unit as disposable.

I guess Phillips Norelco doesn’t make enough money off the replacement trimmer heads, so they make you throw the whole thing in the trash prematurely.

I just noticed these are powered by standard AAA rechargeable. They would be cheap to replace if you needed a new one.
