where did you get a pdf of the receipt?

You can print your receipt on your My Account page. Specific instructions are in my signature.

The receipt is displayed as a web page. To convert to a PDF will require a third-party app. There are many free ones out there.

I have purchased 3 different “Prestigo” Remotes. The “12 Device” model I got from WOOT is THE WORST REMOTE (of all times, not just of the Philips 3 I have)

On the other hand - The PRESIGO 8 DEVICE has turned out to be the ABSOLUTE BEST LEARNING REMOTE of any I’ve tried. It has some limits, including memory, but has consistently been the one remote that will learn anything.

The PRESTIGO 15 is good, but not enough memory to support 15 devices. Also, the beautiful screen causes excessive battery use - even using rechargeable batteries, they have to be swapped out so often it’s not worth it.

BUT THE 12 DEVICE IS ALL IN ALL TERRIBLE.

This product is a waste of money. On the bright side thanks to all who took time to put the links for the manual, etc. out for the community. It sounds like it is hit or miss whether people like it and it works for them. I am just on the wrong side because it simply does not work with my Directv . I tried the learning mode and then it got stuck in exit learning mode. I don’t think I should have to remove the batteries to get the display unstuck but I suppose it speaks volumes about the product.

YOU HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD -IF YOU HAVE DIRECTV YOU CAN NOT USE THIS REMOTE.

IT DOES NOT HAVE IT PRE-CONFIGURED FOR DIRECT TV …
AND…
THERE IS NOT ENOUGH MEMORY IN THE REMOTE TO ‘LEAN’ EVERY SINGLE KEY (one at a time from the basic DirecTv Remote). It runs out of memory with less than half the keys ‘learned’.
