It’s just a marketing phrase at this point, but Wooter 42069 is right. The first generation of wireless earbuds while technically wireless, we’re still connected to each other with a wire, that usually had some kind of Bluetooth receiver, and battery pack in-line between them. They used earlier versions of Bluetooth, and weren’t “truly wireless”. I skipped that whole generation, and just stuck with my wired headphones, or buds because I thought having the weight of the battery/bt reciever hanging from your ear just seemed like a dumb idea to me. The new earbuds like the Liberty3Pro that I mentioned above blew me away, and made me a believer. There sound is phenomenal, and they have every feature you could want, with an excellent app. It’s a competitive market at this point, and there are a ton of quality options if you know what features you’re looking for

Its “true wireless” because it charges inside of a case, not attached to a cord and, therefore, stationary. You can charge them on your person while you’re out and about.
This was a secret to their not charging! Would be nice if they said this literally anywhere. I had a $10 coupon so I got these for $15 bucks. Not bad for grocery store wearing, with ANC, wireless charging. They’ll do.
