please post what contest you won, the date you won, and when you received your winnings (and if not via paypal, in what form). if you havent received your winnings, just say so and go back and edit the post once you have.

bah, it’s my fault.
it’s a long story about a sad little moocow and his paypal account, but everything’s set back up now and i’ll get payments sent out post-haste.

You’d think complaining would inspire Woot to send the winnings in pennies. 
The winners get cash out of it? And here I just assumed that the contest winners were given custom coupon codes tied to their accounts for future woot purchases. Maybe I’ll put entries in the contests more often.
Of course, I’d be just as happy with a monkey prize as a cash prize.
im still curiuous to see how long its taken for other winners to receive their winnings … or hasnt anyone received their winnings?
Everytime that I’ve won, I’ve received the winnings about 3-4 weeks after the contest. I haven’t seen anything from the last 3 contests I’ve won though… so this time, it’s pushing 7-8 weeks. Oh well, it’s still fun to enter… the winnings are just a bonus for me.

Same here- nothing from the last 3 winnings. I’m running out of beer!
hey mnementh… how long does it take for the monkey prize to show up?
Not long after Woot actually emails you about it. They took so long to send the dog bowl that they forgot about it and sent a monkey instead. Too bad since I could’ve gotten $20 for the pet diner.

dont get me wrong … i enter a lot of free contests just for fun. heck i make people websites for free since i enjoy it. just contests that claim to pay but never seem to can get kinda annoying.
