There are many claims made, I can’t say if they are true or false. I can say from experience that 45 minutes relaxing in the salt cave blasts my sinuses open. Unfortunate it can’t be replicated at home with the salt lamps.
You would need a huge amount of salt in 1 small room.
Slabs of the stuff lining the walls.
Haven’t tried a salt cave/room, but there are old salt mines in Europe that have been converted into hotels for people to heal various things.
As a cooking salt, no. My mother has high blood pressure and when I started cooking with this, it made a difference. The salt lamp in my opinion is just for decorative purposes.
Not replicate, but close:
You will need unrefined rock salt or sea salt - must be unrefined. Best salts are from deep mines, they contain the most numerous and reach microelements. Simply dissolve the salt in hot water and breath in the vapors until cooled. Keep your head out of cold and drafty air until you naturly cool down and dry from the exposure to hot vapors. This is the cheaper version of visiting the salt caves.
