I am quite knowledgeable about our products and speakers in general, but if something is technically beyond me, I have access to one of our audio engineers for the highly technical questions. There is no such thing as a “DUMB” question. These are complicated decisions. So, if you have a question, please ask. Chances are your question will also help many other Woot forum people.
I am a specialist in Pinnacle, although I cannot speak for other company products, I can try to assist in building a system with our products and some existing items you may already own.

I just purchased the Onkyo TX-NR626 off woot last week and am looking upgrade my speakers.
Would it be worth spending the money for the BD2500’s with this receiver? Or would the BD2500’s be underutilized with the Onkyo TX-NR626? Thanks.

The bottom line answer to you question is the speakers would absolutely not be underutilized.
The Onkyo receiver you own is from their highest end series of A/V receivers. Onkyo is highly respected in the industry and we have always known their products to be quite excellent.

The Onkyo unit has both sufficient rated power and just as importantly, low distortion levels at 0.007 (0.7%), which means to us that the Onkyo piece is extremely conservatively rated regarding its power output. Additionally, the BD 2500, being a Flagship for Pinnacle, is engineered so it will be compatible for a broad cross-section of products from mainstream to esoteric. That is, we know that many people will want to use our item with high quality, yet affordable electronics.
Therefore, the Onkyo unit in our view would allow the BD 2500s to meet their potential. No doubt you will be astounded with our product.

I actually purchased a set of Pinnacle speakers from woot a little while ago…
My sub just stopped working one day. I have replaced the cord, tweaked the settings in the receiver, to no avail. It’s really frustrating, because I’ve literally never touched the sub since initially setting it up. I was wondering who I should turn to for help. Thanks! I do love the speakers and I would really like to get this problem fixed.
Arin - I really REALLY REALLY need the 12" x 2 Supersonic 800w woofer that you had listed on previous Woot offerings … any chance?

I had purchased the 350 center channel off woot a while back, my question for you is this. Are the S-Fit Mon 450 shelf speakers a “match” for the 350? Will they sound correct with the 350 center channel or do i need to look to another pair of front speakers to match?

When should we expect the big boy Rhinos to make an appearance. You said a few months ago that they would be here in the fall. Well, that time is now… 
I have 2 of your baby boomers hooked to my TV with your PWRBAR, but I will happily put them in my garage on my old Marantz and add a Rhino to the TV.
Prefer the 15, but wouldn’t kick the 12 out of bed for eating cookies.
Any reason they don’t use 2 real drivers other than cost?

Both BD 500 and BD 750 will be back with some of each likely in October. All our black Diamond series products have an elaborate multi-step lacquering process. Each BD series cabinet takes 1 week to produce. So we cannot mass produce these. We will be pleased to add you to our wait lists.
