Does this come with the PSVR Processor Unit box? Description doesn’t mention it and it seems vital to its function.

Which version of the PSVR is this? Is it the original version, or is it the revised version that allows HDR pass through?

It’s the 2nd version model

I don’t want to call it gen 2 cause that’s the version for ps5

But this is basically gen 1.2

I don’t know about pass through but I know this is the later version

PSVR requires a camera, which isn’t listed with this. The controllers vary depending on the game (some need the PS Wands, some can work with the Dualshock 4 you have on the system.) Assuming this doesn’t come with the camera as it’s not listed, make sure you pick one of those up as well.

Got mine earlier today. As indicated it is the refreshed model with HDR pass through. No controls and or camera. Camera is available on woot directly for 39.99. Luckily i still have my ps4 cam and move control. Amazon has the move control bundle for 140 and 67 used but g a m e s t o p will ship them to you in a week for like $15. But yes refurbished and who knows in what condition really. Good luck and have fun all.

Can anyone tell me:

Will this still work on a PS5? I don’t own a PS4…

If it requires PS4 controllers, will it work with the PS5 Dualsense?

Finally, will the Move controllers also work on the PS5?

It should work on the PS5 I could swear I read a story that it would work.

Yes this will work with the PS5 however you still need a few things to know

  1. You need the PlayStation Camera which is sold separately

  2. You need to get a PlayStation Camera to USB adapter (PlayStation was giving them away for free not sure if they still are)

  3. You need PS4 controller as it uses the light bar on the back for tracking so a PS5 controller won’t work. (I checked a few PSVR games just now and wasn’t able to progress past any point beyond the in game calibration/positioning with the PS5 controller)

  4. Many (most?) require the move controllers so you’ll probably need to purchase those as well and yes they work with the PS5
