I agree. I have not seen hide nor hair of the frame which is unusual since it has been more than 5 days.
The screen/quality itself is fine. The buttons are POS!! I have trouble turning my frame on and off because of the button. They also feel really cheap and click loudly. I’m returning the 3 frames I bought.

Anyone else had trouble with theirs? Just returned from two weeks of vacation to find mine had died. It will turn on briefly, but the color is distorted and it powers off after just a few seconds. Very, very disappointed – lasted less than nine months.
