well… polaroid isnt really renouned for producing the best cameras, (let alone digital) is it?
And since when is Polaroid a “bad” company for cameras? I’ve owned plenty through the years and I’ve been rather satisfied.
Not bad, one of my coworkers was looking at this exact camera on Tigerdirect the other day. It looks huge in the pictures but apparently isnt that big afterall:

Does anyone know if this camera has a viewfinder?
Cnet review here.
No editor review, just 2 users. One gives it 7/10 and the other 9/10.
Its not about the megapixels!
Don’t buy this camera, in fact, don’t buy any camera that does not have a rechargeable battery. The battery life on them is terrible especially when the flash is enabled.
I bought a polaroid camera (not this one) for Christmas and it took HORRIBLE picutres. I did some research and found that Polaroid actually lets other companies use its name to sell products.
This may be the best camera ever…I don’t know. All I know is that the Polaroid I bought last month was the worst camera ever. I returned it the next day.
You can find a hidden Amazon.com review at http://www.amazon.com/Polaroid-Digital-Camera-Optical-Zoom/dp/B000ESWPB0
here is one from ebay: Winning bid: US $186.00
olympus ftw…night woot
I just love the specs…
Lens Type: GLASS
lol, now that’s funny
lithoid: No viewfinder, you can tell from the detail pic which shows the back.
If you click on the picture on the main page of woot it will show you the back of the camera. Doesn’t look like it has a viewfinder. Sorry.
8 MP means absolutely nothing. This camera is horrible, couldn’t take HALF the photo of a cheap Canon digital.
OK camera for a kid to go along with the barbie sweeper.
Save your money and invest in something better, that is if you are serious and smart.
well i never said “bad” i just havent really seen much from polaroid other than the instant developing cameras. I really dont know how much experience they have in other cameras. i may be wrong, but thats just my opinion.
The amazon reviewers have noting bad to say about it, except that apparently the battery cover is very fragile.
btw: i sense a woot-off
Can you folks who say “it’s not about the megapixels” explain to me please? I have never been too clear on that, I always figured more MP was better…can somebody clarify?
