Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Seriously, sorry this happened to you. That sucks.

They should invest in motion activated bags that open automatically.
For every “fulfilled by Amazon” order I’m convinced that Amazon takes a look at the item and pick the most inconvenient packing choice. For food they always give me a paper mailer so it’s crushed 80% of the time. For a tiny charger they’ll give me an oversized box.
I ordered some iced tea k-cups from the mothership and they slapped a label on the lipton box and shipped it.
Of course it was busted up. It’s thin and perforated and was never intended to be used as a shipping box.
But what do we know? We only have common sense, not an mba in enshittification.
The ones I bought from Woot got the paper bag and a can of soda treatment.
