Just received mine today. Opened it up and it looks like they shipped me the wrong version. Ordered the 4.2" and I was shipped the 3.6". Not sure what to do now.
Looks like I shouldn’t have ordered a case…poor move on my part.
Not sure how Woot handles incorrect product shipments. Hoping I at least hear back from them. Maybe they could at the bare minimum refund me the $20 difference.
Woot doesn’t have one to exchange me. So I’d have to send it back to them. Which I’ve sent a message to support asking if I can. There was only a 90-day Woot warranty.
Otherwise Samsung is saying, this product is too old for us to look at without you giving us money.
