I know it says “This evaporative cooler performs best in dry, arid climates; but may also be used in humid conditions.”

But how well would it do in North Texas during the summer heat and moderate humidity?

Does anyone know the current draw for this unit? i.e. If I used this with a generator, how many Watts would be required for this unit

Thanks! Although I haven’t been able to figure out the Watts from these 2 items. The formulas I’ve found all seem to call for one more number (PF=Power Factor - no idea what that is)… Appreciate the info though. I’ll probably look on the manufacturer’s site. The sale is obvious over, but maybe I can look for future reference. Thanks again

Watts are just amps times volts. Power factor is irrelevant.
