Explain something I’ve always wondered, please.

When you do the order groceries online thing, how to you make sure your strawberries etc are all good and not over- or under- ripe? Or your milk is the freshest?

You don’t. You just have to trust that the person doing your shopping will get decent stuff for you. So far it’s gone fine for me.

This topic will close in a day. Oh no. What will we do?

One day of posting on other forums, before new post mongering thread

On some services, you can add notes to each item (ie: green bananas please), on others it’s just a toss up.

Produce for me, has been the hardest, because I am pretty particular about wanting it fresh/a certain way. Some shoppers really seem to care about what they pick out for you, others I have to wonder if they are eating crap themselves and have no clue what good produce should look like, or just messing with you on purpose…

That’s why it’s good to shop with a service with an easy returns/refund process.
And tip well, just in case

Woohoo! I’ve missed road trips. He’d serve us beans for sure.

Dave had better not eat anything served to him, just to be safe.

Maybe we can check in on @DuckyDucky on the way…

Don’t eat the bologna at Will’s house. He bought it for a penny at the Dollar General.

Unless you’re into that. But don’t get in his pool if you do eat it.

I don’t think it’s safe for him to pole dance no matter how many rags you put out there.
