Yeah, I feel like there is a magical number, time that would both slow it all down, but not interupt the flow. Maybe 17.5 seconds between posts? Like are there analytics that can show the least amount of time between two posts from one user? Then of the top twenty fastest times, average that speed and double it. This should reduce the number of posts by at least half.

Every thousand posts garners a winner ( weener, wiener).
So 10,000 posts, 10 winners.
The winners are picked by excel randomizer.
