I used to own 3 all black poofs. They are dust magnets from hell that you can’t wash…if you have pets, you have dust mongering poufs

I bought 3 of these poufs (2 cotton, 1 wool). The wool one came packaged in heavy plastic, no box. It smells horrible, like it’s been sitting in a wet, musty basement for about 10 years. I tried spraying it with fabric spray, but now it just smells like a wet, musty basement that somebody sprayed Febreze in. Has anybody else had this problem, & if so, how did you solve it? My whole family, myself included, has mold allergies & this pouf sets them off. The cotton poufs did not have this issue.

I’m not sure which of the wool poufs you bought, but you can find the warranty info from “Stuff you Bought” and clicking to the sale page. You’ll find the warranty carrier at the bottom of the Features tab. I’d reach out to whoever holds the warranty for assistance.
