Never played them but I think I would go for MEGA of almost anything. If I’m going to do it I want it to be MEGA.

Powerball actually has better odds and higher payout per percent of the jackpot. 77.6% vs 77.2%. It also pays more for matching just a few of your numbers. The odds of winning the jackpot in PB is 1:293 million vs 1:302 million in MM. Neither is worth playing until the risk is equivalent to the reward…something like 1.7 billion dollar jackpots…which it never gets that high…and take into account other risks/costs like the cost of gas to drive to the store…etc.etc
…and the catch 22 here was this…if the jackpot gets that big…lots of people will play, and so you’ll have to split it if you win…meaning that the reward never equals the risk…
