I got this last time (couple months ago?) it was on here. It’s a good mower and it came with the bag. My only issue is less with the mower and more with the shipping people that Woot used. Holy cow they were slow. I get that it comes freight, and that takes more time than standard shipping, but it was about a month later that we received it. So, if your lawn can wait a month (assuming they use the same company…Pilot, I think), than I recommend this mower.

Same lawn mower is at Homedepot for 299 and it has a 3 year warranty. So for 50 bucks more you get a much better warranty, a new lawn mower and the ability to return it to the store if it sucks.

Bought one of these last time it was on Woot.
Pros:

  • electric start
  • the best high-adjustment system I’ve ever seen on a lawnmower
  • it’s self-propelling

Cons:

  • it’s very heavy
  • the self-propelling system makes it very difficult to turn left (the right-rear wheel drags, which tends to rip up grass)
  • if you disengage the self-propelling system while the engine is under a heavy load (going uphill, thick grass, etc), it will continue to pull itself for several seconds - I consider this to be a serious safety issue
  • it’s extremely difficult to attach the bag
  • the side-discharge attachment is a single piece of soft plastic that refuses to stay on

You can, however the “shocker” hand gesture vinyl decal must still be applied at a 45-degree angle to the front-left of the mower.

Yep. I bought it last go-round and charged the battery when it arrived. I haven’t had to recharge the battery since, and I use the electric start maybe 10 times when I mow because the mower shuts off when I release the bar to pick up sticks, stones, shoes, planters, and other stuff on the lawn. So that’s maybe 100 starts and 4 months since its last recharge.

Bought it at HD a couple months ago for a house I was purchasing. Finally got the house last week, and have yet to mow… it is still in the box, so no way for me to review just yet. Will follow up with one once I do. :slight_smile:
