Preparing for Shipment

Hello!

I would like to ask about orders that I placed quite a long time ago (artist coupons) and all of them have the status of “Preparing for Shipment” for a long time.

A few more arrived within days of ordering, but not the January-February ones.

I wanted to send an email on this, but the last few on other topics went unanswered, so I’m posting it here.
