I’ve wanted one of these forever. Kinda wish this went up when there was still some spare cash lying around.

It’s a little smaller than the one I spotted on Amazon, but less than half the price.

It should do both. I have one of the vacuum preserver things that you could find on infomercials (now available in costco) and it does pretty much the same thing if you put marinade in with the meat.

It should also make the meat slightly more tender, by getting a more thorough marination.
