The title & specs say this is the white model (which I believe is not the “professional” model), yet the photo shows the black professional model. Which is it?

Last time they sold this, the picture was of the white version, which according to the markings on the item is a "Professional model"

Unfortunately, that is apparently an old picture of the “Original” Professional version. I bought one from the October listing and what arrived was indeed BLACK but at least it works. It also has a slight angle to the “feed chute” as you can see in the pictures of this current listing
