I don’t buy the cheap terlets either. I buy the CHAMPION 4 MAX for champion poopers! Why the Queen herself would be proud to poop in one of my toilets.

Not for my rentals, but I have have bidets on my Chez TRJ terlets. I guess if somebody asked, I could go ahead and put bidets in for say…$10 extra rent a month?

Another benefit of the CHAMPION 4 MAX toilet is that it’s “right height” and ADA compliant. I don’t know if the Squatty Potty is ADA approved.

Newly refurbished unit, no pets, no kids, pretentious toilet spray add $10/month.
Or more like a burger order… Yeah I want cheese, lettuce, no hair and an authentic Woot bidet with Alexa. The spraying terlet is extra? Yeah yeah I’m ok with that.
