Procrastinating on return

My return was received at wood on May 15th. I still have not received a refund on my return. There’s no reason why I should not have a refund because there’s nothing wrong with the product that was sent back and it was in my timeline and I went through customer service to have it returned so I can’t get in touch with a live person. I’ve emailed woot and you have not contacted to me back. I would really like to speak with someone and I don’t know what to do at this point except for contact the BBB or IFC or whatever places I need to contact. Very disappointed. I’ve ordered lots days and this is the first time that I’ve had such a major issue
