PRODUCT CHANGE: Rockland 20" London Hardside Expandable Luggage

PRODUCT CHANGE: Rockland 20" London Hardside Expandable Luggage

Super nasty bait and switch guys.

I nearly checked out before noticing it was now a 20” suitcase not the 28” advertised in the email.

I really hope this wasn’t intentional. When these deals pop up I’m usually speeding through the checkout to get one before it sells out. Hell I even set an alarm to get this tonight.

I think I only caught it because of the price change that caught my eye.

Either way. Not cool.

Is anybody able to comment on whether Rockland holds up well after a few trips, assuming overhead carrying bin?

What happened to the 28 inch deal? Was looking for to that, now all I see is 20 inch, not cool at all

Agreed and caught it yesterday so knew it wasn’t the 28" after I had previously voted for it when it was.

I honestly don’t think it was intentional but when you just were on a trip like I was and had been looking for this size because a couple I had broke, it’s more disappointing.

But like I said accidents happen and they did put up a banner which in my case helped confirm the deal had changed.

Cheers!

There’s been notices posted about this since they caught the mistake yesterday.

Hello there. We put notices everywhere including the forums, Deal-o-meter page, product title, etc.

When we checked the inventory yesterday, it was gone. Poof. We had to do a substitution. Can’t sell what isn’t there.

My last set lasted 4 years until southwest broke off a wheel and I got $130 credit for it

honestly, it should have been cancelled or changed to a completely different item

Thanks! Going on a trip soon and since it’s just carry on I don’t expect it to break so easily since those check-in luggage conveyor belts are no joke
