Pro Form is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought this same deal 1 year ago. Machine stopped working after 6 months of use (and we really did use it). Company gave us the run around until warranty was expired, then wouldn’t help us. Wanted to charge us more for parts then we paid for the entire machine…RUN AWAY FROM PRO FORM!!, unless you really do just want to use it as a clothes rack, then it’s great!
