UDPATE:

My projector arrived 9 business days after ordering. Never did get a shipping notice on my account, nor was there a tracking number.

Did that and got a lovely message stating that I am basically being unreasonable in expecting shipping before the 9th business day after ordering. That was the reply for the message I sent on Friday, got the reply 48 business hours later, not the 24.

Since the first inquiry was not answered in the standard 24 hours, I wrote again yesterday (7 business days after ordering but have not received a response).

“Our standard Woot Customer Service hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Central, Monday through Friday. We strive to answer all inquiries within 24 hours if at all possible. You might find the answer to your question in our FAQ Woot. Either way, you’ll be hearing from us soon.

Interesting, I just received a shipping email on August 13 that my projector had shipped. Well duhhhh, clicked on the tracking and it arrived a couple of weeks before the notice of shipping email.
