The packaging didn’t do a good job of protecting the bike and one of the covers is cracked. The electronics don’t provide useful or accurate information. The tension belt was quickly stripped by the inconsistent (shoddy) surface of the main wheel. After two weeks this belt is shredded rendering the bike useless.

I’ve written the company for replacement parts but it’s been a week and I haven’t received a response. And even when (if) they do send the parts I’m sure I’ll need to disassemble the entire bike to replace them.

Something this size is incredibly difficult and costly to ship back to the manufacturer. Next time I’ll purchase locally.

It did seem like a nice bike for about a day of use.
