I have bought 2 of these through Woot.
The first worked great for about a month, and then stopped charging. Pyle would not help me. I could send it to them and pay to get a new battery installed. I decided against that.
The second one I purchased had a 1 year warranty. After 11 months it died. It stopped holding a charge and when I emailed Pyle they delayed until the warranty expired.
While the second worked it was really nice. But their customer service isn’t worth it.
