I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the radios, but of course, one arrives DOA. What am I supposed to do? Actually I’m pretty angry that one malfunctions straight out of the box. I hate to jump through hoops to get another.
Can’t I just get a replacement and throw the other one away.
I’ve followed the steps from the link provided, but I have not yet received any type of notification. I’ve also sent an email to support… All I want is a replacement ASAP. While purpose was to use on a remote road trip.
