So why can’t this be shipped to Oregon you may ask.
Guvmint saw fit to force anyone installing a new system (that’s right, all the old inefficient systems are still installed) to use energy efficient sprinklers that are internally pressure regulated. So now people with new systems are watering longer to put the same amount of water on the ground anyway.
