The description says 20 year shelf life, but the expiration date is in 10 years.

Also, I didn’t see in the description whether these are edible as is or have to be prepared with hot water or anything.

I looked one time at a past woot for the same reason, and IIRC almost everything, if not everything, requires hot water.
