Who, besides Warwick Davis, can actually stretch out across the back seat of a modern car?

If this went over the whole back seat area, someone who’s 5’6" or so could fit if they were side sleepers.
I would be interested in these, except it looks like it would be high enough for someone to be able to see someone sleeping through the front windows.
