I purchased Ninja XL Pro 7-in-1 Indoor Grill/Griddle which was clearly marked as new (and still is even though the price got jacked up since I bought it last week). I was legit pumped to use it, even though I was concerned with the 90 day warranty.
Get it home, box is a little beat up, nbd though condition is OK inside. Then I find an Amazon Return slip, ID, order number… everything… from 8/10/24 that shows this was actually not new and was open box.

Planned on using this for dinner tonight, now I’m on an endless hold for the second time (first time the line just went dead). This blows. I’m hungry. I don’t want to use this though and cook dinner if they are going to say I have to return the whole freaking thing for a refund.
