Recieved wrong item

I ordered a JBL Charge 4 the other day and just received the package, Opened it up and I have the charge 4 box however once I opened it, realized fast that it was not the Charge 4 but instead the charge 3 was in it. I emailed support and tried calling but after 20-30 seconds the call says it was ended but my phone didnt ring, Tried this with 2 different numbers from different providers. My Email is up to date on my woot account. Mainly just covering my butt and saving me time in the long run making this form post. Would prefer to get the actual charge 4 I had ordered and not a refund if possible.

Their callback system is having problems so email is your best bet. I know you’re familiar with the process but I’ll include it here just in case:

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
