1 1/2 pound ground beef
4 large potatoes, sliced thin
3 cups cabbage, shredded
3 large carrots, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 slices Velveeta cheese
Pat 1 pound of ground beef into bottom of cold dutch oven.
Layer vegetables over meat.
Crumble remaining meat over top of vegetables.
Pour soup over top, spreading to edges of skillet.
Cover with cheese.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 35 to 45 minutes.
Remove cover for last 5 to 10 minutes.
