Soooooooo i cancelled an order TWO MONTHS AGO and woot haven´t give my money back yet, i already talked with the bank and all they say is that is Woot’s fault, i have talked to woot and they hadn’t do anything to help, that money just vanished out of this world

The transaction to charge your payment card was never completed. It was “Pending” waiting for approvals back from wherever it gets approved. In other words, we never deducted any money so there’s nothing to refund.
If you saw a charge, it was the AUTH charge to hold funds until the real transaction goes through with a successful order. In this case, it never went through so the AUTH order would have expired and dropped off.
Update: Checked with the CS Manager. She canceled the order on the backend as well. If anything is still pending, that should take care of it.
