I am trying to return an item I purchased and I am getting no response from customer service. Is there another way to contact Woot for a refund if they don’t respond back to me?
Customer service typically takes 24-48 hours to respond and they will reply to the email address listed in your Woot account. If that’s different from the one listed on your Amazon account you’ll need to look there. Also check your junk & spam folders.
