I tried to cancel an item too late and the CSR suggested I refuse item on arrival and it would be sent back. The item was refused and arrived back to the sender a week ago. I contacted customer service to inquire and they cannot find anything about the item being returned? Any woot staff help regarding this would be great as the CSR department is lacking.
