This is foam that’s coated but what material is it crafted & coated with? Latex, natural rubber?

Depending on what you’re wanting it for, there’s a DIY version.
Take a tennis ball, make a slit along one of the seams. Pop the seam open with a genlte squeeze & fill the ball with however many BBs you’d like. Then either sew or super glue the seam closed & use for hand/wrist therapy as needed.
They hold up well for years.
