Wondering if this will work for male facial hair. I don’t care about hair in the areas mentioned in the listing (underams, legs, etc). I care only about facial hair, especially around and under the chin area, where hair grows like weeds. I hope they find the gene that controls chin hair. I know one device (not sure if it is this one) is not for facial hair. If it can do something about rectal hair, that would be great also.
I have this model. I’ve probably shelled out well over $2-3K over the years for pro laser treatments. The sad truth is that it will never fully go away. It may get thinner and lighter, but it will always grow back. Maybe not all of it, but it will grow back. This particular device seems more like it does a better job at keeping things maintained. I haven’t seen any major differences. I’ve been using it around my neck and even tried my upper lip (that area hurts like a mother…). I’ve already gone through one light bulb cartridge and am now on my second. I’ll try using again tomorrow and usually try to do so about once a month.
It’s a pretty good deal for the price though, I guess it just depends on your desire to get the job done. I think it has paid itself off, as I haven’t gone to the laser spa/clinic in almost an entire year, but usually with those places you see A LOT more instant noticeable results (usually within 2-3 weeks).
