I ordered this blender on 10/11. Woot said it shipped on 10/13 but I have yet to receive the product. The tracking number shows that it is still on its way to USPS. I tried to contact Woot through their customer support page but the call ended before it rang to my phone. Very frustrating customer support!
Hi there. Sorry about that. They answer via email if you use the customer support form. All I can see on my end is that the Amazon warehouse says it shipped.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
