I opened my helicopter today. The remote has an up button and a start button along with and on/off switch. When you turn the switches on the helicopter takes off on its own with no input from the controller. Unfortunately this Woot purchase will be headed to the trash can.

Thanks for the offer, but no thank you. Returning a $12.00 item is more hassle than it’s worth. I’ve had a lot of great Woot purchases over the years so I’m not too worried about it.
But, but, but… we can’t track issues with an item if you don’t tell us about it [officially through customer service]
Sounds like a great opportunity for the Woot Staff on the forum to communicate with Woot customer service!
I do but that doesn’t put it into a searchable database. When we suspect an issue, CS searches contacts to see how many we have. If people don’t report it, we can’t see the actual impact of the issue.
