The pictures show a full size Umbrella, but the description says travel umbrella - no way at 11" it’s that big…
I’ve got a similar umbrella that folds up tiny like that.
Update: Looking at my order history, I actually bought this one from Amazon so not a similar one. It does indeed fold up that small.

I can second that it does fold down to a travel size from a pretty large size umbrella. Reviews have stated that the ribs start to rust if you don’t let it dry out. I have seen some VERY LIGHT rusting on it, but nothing major as I leave it open or as soon as I can after use. I can’t comment on exactly how wind proof it is, but it does seem quite strong from my use of it.
