I must be extremely unlucky. Just received item from woot/amazon via UPS – opened up umbrella to discover a stitching issue/hole in umbrella. Umbrella has a sleeve/bag around it, so not an issue with rough opening using a knife. Attempted to file a warranty claim but they state they don’t honor it unless purchased directly from the company. =(
Sent message to woot as well but first time a woot purchase had me concerned !
Woot will help you out. It’ll be a day or two before you hear back though. They’re good people.
