The thing I got is completely different. It’s a set of two spatula-type things. Looking at my order, I see this:
Looks like your listings got crossed somehow. Or maybe a copy/paste error. Doing a search, I found this:
Which is likely the correct listing, judging by the price.
I know support will refund me, but the problem is that I’m basically only gonna get $2 back. I don’t think they’ll do something complicated like re-ship the correct item at the coupon-adjusted price.

Clearly and nice ask CS to give you a new $10 coupon. Let me know how that works.
No problem, I’m always super-nice to the CSRs. I actually feel guilty sometimes when I have some minor issue but they’ll do like a full refund instead of a price adjustment (e.g. if something arrives broken and I’m like “hey I can still use this partially instead of it going to a landfill so just give me ten bucks back and we’re even”).
Well, if anyone else got a set of curvy spatulas instead of a mixer, hopefully they check this thread. I’m probably going to order the “correct” listing because I really want some waffles.
Just a little update: got a refund for the two bucks, but not a replacement coupon. Maybe this particular CSR just didn’t understand the issue fully. I won’t say no if you chuck me one instead.
I also received the spatula in error. But when I reach out to Woot CS state I receive the wrong item, instead of issuing a return request or refund. He/she claims I order the "3 in 1 flip Spatula, and did not see the “electric hand mixer” in my order. But when I check my order history, it clearly stated It was a Electric Hand Mixer.
Not sure what’s going to happen, but only thing I can think of is to attach a screen shot of my order page as proof.
Stuff like this gives me a headache. I wonder what it does to TT?
They can claim whatever they want, but the link in your order history should still link to this item, which has the electric hand mixer copy in its product page.
They should’ve received dozens of support tickets about this by now. I’d be surprised if there isn’t some kind of internal disclaimer regarding this listing.
I’ll ping CS. Problem is that the order history shows and says spatula.
