I’ve sent customer serviced email without any replies for about a week. My friend sent one last night and got a overnight reply. I purchase a fan and it’s missing a remote. I check my spam folder, i confirmed my email address and even change the pw to the woot email address. I get all the sales, deals, purchasers alerts. Any thing helps. Thank you.
