Return issue

How long does it take to print a return label. I have messages back to 8/10 but here are a few of the best customer service replies to me trying to get a shipping label emailed to me:

Still waiting. Been in touch since 8/10. 2 more days and its a month… But i’m always promised they will be resoling my issue soon…

Anyone else abused by this company… Jump in here… Lets share our experience

According to you, the purchase was made on Amazon.

Why didn’t you just do the return there?

Even if Woot was the seller on Amazon, you can do a regular Amazon return there.

I did. Then Amazon refers you to the 3rd party seller. Woot. And you can see the great customer service I’ve gotten. Woot won’t talk to you on the phone. They say the email team needs to take care of it since its from amazon.

I guess the email team only works every few days. Been writing to Woot and Amazon since August 10th. Still waiting for my 1-2 day turn around time for a label to be printed.

If this is really a reputable company they would have accounts with major shipping and freight carriers and be able to send a return label within 24 hours. Amazon spits out a UPS shipping label for their returns at the click of a button. Not sure what’s taking weeks here.

I dunno. If it’s good enough for honest Abe then it’s good enough for me.

Fwiw I’ve bought hundreds of items from Woot over the past few years and I’ve rarely had an issue. Sucks you’re having an inconvenience and I can sympathize with you but I wouldn’t call them a scam.

But maybe if you create a 3rd post about it people will believe you.

I… I… I was… I was abused by Woot. I feel so ashamed. It was late one night at a bar… sniff… sniff… It’s just so hard to talk about it. I was there with WootBot and… and… WootBot… WOOTBOT TOUCHED ME!! There… I’ve finally said it… I didn’t ask to be touched … there… by WootBot. I didn’t want it, but WootBot wouldn’t stop… :rofl:
