I want to return the laptop I just received. I went in ‘support’ and selected return. Then it asked me to send email to customer service. I entered details and clicked send email. It has need two days since I sent the email but I did not hear from woot. What can I do? Is there any phone number that I can call? Thanks.
Hi there, customer service will reply to the email listed on your Woot account so you’ll want to check there if it’s different from your Amazon account. Response time is typically 24-72 hours and you’ll want to check your spam & junk folders.
Return labels will come directly from UPS, not Woot.
You may want to add info@woot.com to your contacts in your email program.
