Has anyone had this issue or can help? I bought an ice maker from Woot. It does not work. (I did troubleshooting online and then I called GE to do troubleshooting with them. They confirmed it is defective). So, I’m trying to return. I only bought it 8 days ago - so it’s well within the return window. I emailed customer service, no response. I emailed again today, so far no response. I can’t find any other way to get help from Woot. This is wild. I feel like I’m being scammed! Can anyone suggest anything to help?
Hi there.
Please be sure to check your spam filter/folder. Emails from Woot can get caught in there (it happens to me periodically on my Gmail account). And be sure you’re checking the email associated with your Woot account and not your Amazon account, if different.
Also, please note it can take 24-48 hours to get a response from Customer Service.

Hi there. I see you created a return label yourself today. Look for an email from UPS for that label.
