Help! I have sent 4 emails over the last 2 weeks to woot customer support about returning some items. I have yet to receive a single response. Any thoughts on how to reach woot customer service? Thanks

Are you responding to them from your woot order confirmation? Maybe that will help also Make sure you have the right email on your profile and not your Amazon email. I’m sure someone else is going to respond with all the jargon and give you the form link

Hi there. I see that customer service created two return authorizations for you (two different orders) on 1/22/2024. Make sure you check your spam/junk folders. The return label email will be from UPS.

If you still don’t find it, reach out again and ask them to send the labels to a different address.

I just checked my wife’s email which is tied to our Amazon account and my spam and nothing in either place. I emailed again with my email address thanks

It will go to the email address on the WOOT account which placed the order, not your Amazon email if used/different.

Use Log in with Woot to check/update your email address.

You can put them in the same box but make sure you include the Return Authorization Number for EACH order so you get proper credit/refund.
