Literally WOOT!! I was on my phone trying to get the BOC, but Reynold’s Wrap x3!! I, too, had to re-login and after I did I hit the “purchase” button but the screen just sat with the button kind of dimmed. Went to my order history and the order was there! Hope it does not get canceled.
If I order on my phone it never goes beyond the order screen, just dims out and I need to check my account to see if it went through. Which seems wrong.
Weird. Could you use the Feedback form in the More menu to report that, pls? That will give them all the device, OS, app info the need.

Just hit more > app feedback and then it auto populates. Copy and paste your comment. And done!

Where is this more you speak of? (I’m not super computer literate.)
It’s on the app, lower righthand corner. Also, make sure your app is updated because sometimes that causes issues too.
*And if you have a lot of missed items in your cart, that can make your cart/checkout act funny as well.
